Ketupat Sayur Betawi


ingredient:

2 tablespoons cooking oil
500 grams of papaya, peeled, cut into matchsticks
10 bean stalk, cut into 3 cm
3 tbsp dried ebi
1.5 liters of coconut milk from 2 coconuts
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 cm galangal, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder flavor

puree:

7 large red peppers
8 cloves red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
1 teaspoon salt and 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

how to cook:

Heat the cooking oil,
saute until fragrant spices mashed,
enter the dried shrimp, coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaf, bring to a boil.
